The E-Content Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the region’s digital and operational presence, providing technical support to users in creating purchase orders (IMS PO), and efficiently managing requests through ServiceNow and various corporate tools. This role is key to regional integration, serving as a liaison with high-level stakeholders in Latin America to monitor strategic projects and implement cross‑functional solutions.

• Support to users with IMS PO creation.
• Communication with high‑level stakeholders for request follow up in LATAM.
