The Buckingham Golf Club is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Golf Course Superintendent to manage all course maintenance operations and ensure first-class playing conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Board of Directors and oversee maintenance across all areas (greens, tees, fairways, bunkers).
• Supervise a seasonal team of about ten employees and manage the annual budget.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance programs to optimize turf health and quality.
• Fertilization and aeration programs; monitor and adjust irrigation; schedule equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with pesticide regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent.
• Degree in a relevant field (agronomy, turf science, etc.).
