EHS/Facilities Engineer (Maquiladoras)

Vapotherm manufactures medical devices for respiratory therapy.

The EHS & Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring Health,Environmental, Safety, and facilities compliance across the site, in alignment with local regulations, corporate EHS standards and ISO.

• Safe, compliant infrastructure (Overseeing facilities maintenance, infrastructure, and contractor activities.)
• Ensure compliance with NOM-001-STPS (buildings, emergency exits, lighting, ventilation).

• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and corporate EHS standards.
• Protect workers, comply with STPS NOMs, and manage environmental impacts.
• Conduct regular safety audits, accident investigations, and root-cause analyses.

• Permits (more than 30), waste, emissions, and spill control.
