Electrical designer - industrial equipment

Electrical Engineer Rihting Industrial Co. is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in León, Mexico. This role will support industrial automation, electrical installation, PLC systems, and equipment startup for paint line and automation projects. We are looking for someone hands-on, practical, and willing to work closely with our engineering and site teams. Experience with PLC systems is important, especially Siemens or Mitsubishi. Robot experience is welcome, but not required. Key Responsibilities Support electrical installation, wiring checks, testing, and equipment commissioning. Work with PLC systems, mainly Siemens and Mitsubishi. Assist with PLC troubleshooting, program checking, and basic modifications. Support HMI operation, sensor testing, signal checking, and I/O verification. Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control diagrams.
