Electrical Test Engineer

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate PCBA functionality.Work closely with cross‐functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring quality and performance of products.Design and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks to implement functional test sequences on PCBAs and Finish Goods.Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on PCBAs and Finish Goods.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.Participate in meetings with R&D to define test strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in test development activities.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.Proficiency in programming languages such as NI LabView, NI TestStand, Python, or C#.
