Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital circuits for mobile medical workstations.
  • Create schematics and PCB designs for medical device accessories using Altium Designer or similar.
  • Coordinate with PCB manufacturers for prototyping and production.
  • Code and/or debug firmware.
  • Test and debug designs.
  • Design and build automated test jigs for production as needed.
  • Simulate and analyze circuits using appropriate software.
  • Select electronic parts.
  • Test the developed designs for safety, performance targets and compliance.
  • Work with the Quality Management System and related design and development procedures and standards.
  • Work with industry standards and certification bodies such as UL, IEC and other relevant standards.
