Elevator Installation / Maintenance Technician at Konnected Limited Ghana

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Maintenance of safety of workplace and installations at all times

• Enhancing and maintaining the image of the company at all times

• Maintaining high quality workmanship and ethics

• Reduce the number of troublesome (sick units) to zero per month

• Material cost control and monthly tools inspection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and prepare work schedules

• Attending to troublesome installations and ensure that problems are rectified within acceptable time frame.

• Carry out routine maintenance on the portfolio

• Assisting other technicians with resolving technical problems

• Supervise setting up and plumbing of lift shaft using the layouts

• Carry out quality checks on installed all mechanical and electrical elevator components

• Supervise retrofits as per schedule and maintaining a clean record
