Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist is dedicated to specifics Strategic Accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans/programs. The Inside Sales Specialist will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Field Sales Teams to deliver exceptional sales and customer support, virtually, with the goal to grow sales, increase customer satisfaction and increase customer base by generating new leads & opportunities and successfully turn new leads into regular customers by following the L20 / Lead Management CRM process and collaborate on Quote / Project follow-up
