Employee Health & Wellness Advisor

Interior Health is hiring a term-specific, full-time Employee Health & Wellness Advisor who is passionate about making a difference in healthcare. In this role, the Advisor contributes to Interior Health’s strategic objectives by reducing disability duration, supporting workforce sustainability, and enabling timely, safe, and effective stay-at-work and return-to-work outcomes.

The anticipated end date of this role is March 31, 2027, or upon return of the incumbent. This position is flexible within British Columbia and offers a work-from-home arrangement.
