Employee Relations Specialist – 6-Month Hybrid Contract

LEGO is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a 6-month contract in Monterrey. You will manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law and supporting the Consumer Shopper Engagement and Business Support Operations teams.

This role offers a hybrid work model of 3 days at the office and 2 days from home. We value innovative solutions and aim to drive continuous improvement within our People, Places, and Culture team.
