About the Role
The Employer Branding Specialist leverages creativity and acts as the storyteller for the region's HR efforts. The role develops and activates effective branding assets, ensures alignment to Essity’s global EVP, and cascades this to the larger HR functions to ensure consistency.
What You Will Do
- Align with the regional communication plan and the global employer branding strategy.
- Work with the regional EATA TEAM to identify priority segments to invest in digital marketing.
- Contribute to the development of the region, plan and manage local social media activations following its calendar.
- Develop and activate campaigns that target the appropriate talent segments and effectively showcase Essity’s EVP.
- Design and implement Talent Acquisition communications materials to ensure consistency with Essity’s global EVP and tone.
