POSITION SUMMARY: The Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County (MCC) is seeking passionate and dedicated Career Counselor to support newcomers and community members in achieving their employment goals. In this role, you will guide clients in exploring career options, setting goals, building job search strategies, and connecting to training and education pathways. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employment counseling, excellent communication and networking skills, and a solid understanding of local labor market trends. Most importantly, they will share our commitment to helping individuals reach their professional potential.
