**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Provide engineering support on field quality issues reported, providing effective solutions in the products improving the quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.
+ Maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and maintain master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
+ Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.
+ Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.
+ Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project
+ Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.
+ Provide professional and technical assistance for troubleshooting product support and guidance.
+ Participate in defining technical requirements as needed.
