Engagement Pastor for Youth and Families

Make a difference at ZBCC as the Associate Pastor of Emerging Generations. This role focuses on discipleship and outreach to young people and their families.
You will collaborate with the staff and Ministry Council to guide the congregation, particularly targeting the youth demographic. This position calls for deep relational engagement with students and young adults, encouraging them in their walk with Christ while empowering volunteers to nurture their spiritual growth.

• Strong relationship with Jesus Christ aligning with 1 Timothy 3:1–7

• Record of service as part of a church community
• Demonstrated experience in youth or volunteer leadership
