Description
We are looking for an Engagement Specialist responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. This role manages assigned budgets and works closely with the procurement team to ensure the proper acquisition of materials and services needed for activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute engagement activities and events
- Manage and control the assigned budget effectively
- Coordinate with the procurement/purchasing team for vendors and supplies
- Track expenses and ensure alignment with company policies
- Propose new ideas to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor participation and measure the impact of initiatives
Requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Budget management experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience coordinating events or internal activities (preferred)
