Ensure implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide the Global Process Owner with necessary information for the creation of the Process Design Guideline to ensure global standardization of processes.
• Ensure the standardization of equipment and processes in the manufacturing plants in Mexico.
• Provide the necessary information to the global process owner for the standardization of equipment globally.
• Optimize headcount, production floor and production output.
• Support standardize maintenance tasks for tooling and operating equipment.
• Develop and/or update master PFMEAs.
• Develop FMEAs as needed.
• Plan and implement reverse PFMEA and execute recommended actions.
• Apply continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN) to processes. <...
