Become a key contributor as an Engineer specializing in magnetic recording and metrology processes. Focus on developing innovative solutions for product qualification and performance optimization.
In this role, you will report to the Engineering Director and collaborate closely with R&D and various functional teams. You will leverage your knowledge in magnetic recording physics and thin film technologies to meet stringent product performance standards while overseeing the transition to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance sputter processes to improve product performance
• Design and execute experiments to understand process limits
• Tackle alloy-related defect issues through cross-functional teamwork
• Ensure seamless mass production transfer of new processes
• Serve as a technical lead on sputter-related projects
