Role Description

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Engineer. You will lead technical design, engineering coordination, and professional sealing of deliverables for solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and microgrid electrical systems, supporting projects from concept through commissioning. This is a full‑time role based in Saskatoon, SK.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Engineer of Record for electrical designs and technical deliverables; review, sign, and seal drawings, specifications, and reports as required.
• Lead and/or execute photovoltaic (PV) and BESS electrical design, including one‑line diagrams, three‑line diagrams (where applicable), protection concepts, control interfaces, and equipment specifications.
• Develop engineering packages for microgrids, including interconnection design, distribution architecture, and operating modes (grid‑tied, islanded, black start if applicable).
