Overview The Engineering Director is accountable for overall engineering delivery, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all engineering activities across disciplines. Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Oversight

Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentorship, and direction to Area Engineers, Discipline Leads, and engineering teams. Champion discipline‑based engineering procedures, work processes, and lessons learned. Oversee development, review, and approval of engineering designs and technical documents. Clear written and verbal communication to the team, leadership and consultants.
