Engineering Lead

This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing environment. The position will focus on initiatives aimed at reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and increasing overall process stability and performance. The engineering leader will conduct time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis to identify waste and optimization opportunities, while also supporting the implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices across the operation. In close collaboration with production and engineering teams, this person will help execute and follow up on improvement actions, analyze operational data to generate practical recommendations, and support the interpretation and modification of technical drawings and process-related designs using CAD and SolidWorks.
