Engineering Manager: Lean Manufacturing & Npi Leader

A global manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly within the automotive or electronics industries.
Responsibilities include managing NPI projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with various departments to achieve production targets.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred.
