The candidate will lead a distributed team of engineers, driving innovation and technical leadership in an exciting software environment. Responsibilities include mentoring, setting expectations, and engaging with other teams to enhance product development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python and Golang, and experience in managing distributed systems. This is a fully remote position, with opportunities for global travel to team events.
