JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the Engineering Department and ensuring a properly functioning, safe, and secure building.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Building Maintenance:
Supervise building maintenance activities, staff, contractors, tenants, and landlord relationships.Direct, evaluate, and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure building systems operate at peak performance.Regularly communicate with landlord and facility partners.Conduct building audits, develop work plans, and implement cost-effective solutions consistent with the company’s overall vision.Ensure the building meets all legislative and operational requirements.Ensure 24-hour service availability.Implement initiatives aimed at improving processes, safety, and efficiencies while achieving cost red...
