Sr Engineering Manager – Manufacturing Processes – SLP PDS Plant, Mexico

Key Accountabilities

• Design new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Purchase and install equipment.
• Investigate production issues.
• Enhance existing operations to boost efficiency.
• Supervise technical and engineering personnel.
• Manage budgeting responsibilities.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Perform fault diagnosis.
• Act as liaison with suppliers, clients, and R&D staff.
• Ensure manufacturing processes possess the capacity to meet customer demands.
• Define standards for process and machinery engineering.
• Ensure compliance with IATF ***** standards and customer specifications.
• Participate in engineering changes and product specification revisions.
• Contribute to investment proposals for process, machinery, and equipment improvements.
