Engineering Team Manager

Location: Worksop, S81 7AY

Hours: 8am – 4pm (40 hours per week average)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for an and motivated Engineering Team Manager to lead our Manufacturing Centre Engineering Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on leader with strong people management skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and a proven background in engineering and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Working closely with the Site Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and developing a high‑performing engineering team.
