Responsible for providing specialty drawings, templates, and technical support to the product engineering team, customer service, and manufacturing areas.
This is successfully accomplished by understanding and adhering to customer requirements and utilizing design tools and software to create drawings and specifications.
These efforts contribute to sales growth by providing solutions and guidance for specialty products and non-standard product requests (OOS).
JOB DUTIES:
- Draw and detail diagrams and templates using design software (Solidworks, AutoCADD).
- Revise and update existing drawings.
- Properly name and locate drawings in appropriate file locations.
- Work with and assist Customer Service in the quoting process of specialty design limitations.
