Description

Lead the charge for Indigenous antiracism education in healthcare. Collaborate to foster cultural safety and develop meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities.
In this full-time facilitator role, you will implement an Indigenous-specific antiracism education framework that supports the organization’s vision and core values. Partnering with Indigenous communities, you will strategize to enhance participation in culturally safe health services while dismantling systemic racism. Your leadership will empower staff to embrace inclusive practices throughout their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training on Indigenous cultural safety
• Develop systems for antiracism education delivery
• Collaborate with Indigenous leaders and stakeholders
• Assess and report on training effectiveness
• Mentor staff in implementing antiracism initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant social sciences
• At least 3 years in Indigenous education or training
