Position Summary
The position is responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. The position leads project activities, report preparation, and supports the implementation of new and updated systems or processes. The role serves as an enterprise-level resource for software platforms, providing expert advice, recommendations, and leadership to ensure system reliability, performance and alignment with organizational objects.
