Key Responsibilities:
• Manage detailed lease and square footage inventory
• Execute monthly billing for property tenants
• Review and update tenant accounts receivable
• Prepare year-end recovery invoices for tenants
• Offer analysis on monthly revenue variances
Requirements:
• 0-3 years of property accounting experience preferred
• Degree in accounting or related field required
• Currently enrolled in a CPA professional program
