Responsibilities
- Plant-wide implementation of the Safety and Environment Management Manual.
- DOLE-BWC Safety Standards, 5S Manual, energy-saving initiatives, and compliance with the Environmental Management System.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure effective control measures are in place to prevent incidents and injuries.
- Conduct and facilitate safety trainings and seminars, lead safety meetings and audits, and drive safety promotional activities to strengthen safety practices within assigned areas.
- Support the achievement of the company's goal of Zero Accident through proactive and sustained safety management.
- Must be graduate of any Engineering.
- At least 5 years minimum experience as Safety head preferably in a manufacturing company.
