Environmental and Land Project Manager / Permitting Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental and Land Project Manager / Permitting Project Manager to support large-scale, mission-critical data center developments across Santiago and other strategic locations in Latin America.

This role will lead environmental permitting, land development strategy, and site due diligence activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, mitigation of project risks, and timely permit acquisition to support hyperscale data center construction projects. The position requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, regulatory agencies, consultants, and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑impact construction environment.
