I’m partnering with a well-established employee-owned engineering consulting firm that is looking to bring on a senior environmental leader to help drive the continued growth of their Vancouver operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical environmental consulting work with leadership, mentoring, client development, and strategic planning. The Vancouver environmental group is in a strong growth phase, offering the successful individual the opportunity to have a genuine impact on team development, market presence, and long‑term business direction.

You would be joining a multidisciplinary organization with strong technical resources across Canada, while still having the autonomy to help shape and expand the local environmental practice.
