EO369 – Store Manager

All full-time employees will have benefits/RRSP up to $0.75 per hour

• Hours of work: Full time, Monday-Friday
• Salary based on experience
• Previous experience in retail management required
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
• Oversee day to day operations of gas station
• Supervise, train and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and balance cash registers, reconcile daily sales, and prepare bank deposits
• Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving and tracking merchandise
• Conduct regular inspections of store to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Generate reports on gas station as well as car dealership
