An experienced Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Associate Manager.

The Work:

• Experience with project plan creation
• Take end user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign off from the Operations team
• Create a detailed Excel project plan and DRIVE through status calls as well as individual status updates to stay on top of the project
• Executive presence
• Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resources
• Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the project
• Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard
• A strong DRIVER personality - Drive status updates and understand the intricacies of what is needed
