Required Skills & Expertise
- Certifications: Active EpicCare Ambulatory or Cadence/Referrals certification
- Core Build: Expert-level experience in workflow design, validation, and complex build
- Issue Resolution: Proven ability to manage high-volume ticket queues and provide on-call support
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with Data Courier, MyChart, and Community Connect
- Specialized Workflows: Experience with Dental, Telehealth, or COVID clinic builds
- Optimization: Strong background in enhancing In Basket build, e‑prescribing (SureScripts), and Haiku/Canto/Rover setups
- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading stakeholder design sessions
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with Nabla AI build is a plus
