The Alma Mater Society (AMS) is the University of British Columbia’s student society that supports the 56,000 UBC students at its Vancouver campus. AMS operates nine food and beverage outlets, a catering and conference operation, and the AMS Student Nest, providing on‑campus employment and supporting student services.
Position title: Equity and Inclusion Lead
Reports to: AMS President
Employee status: Hourly Exempt, Appointed
Length of term: 30 hours per week until August 31, 2026; 20 hours per week from September 1, 2026
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
