ERP Administrator (526)

The ERP Administrator plays a critical role in the administration, optimization, and support of Trail Appliances’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment. This position is responsible for the ongoing stability, security, and performance of the ERP system while ensuring seamless data flow and integration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues including system errors, user access concerns, and functional challenges; elevate when necessary.
• Deliver tier‑1 support for D365 customizations and extensions, preparing detailed documentation for tier‑2 and tier‑3 escalations.
