Job Description

- Work closely with business stakeholders across departments to understand operational needs, pain points, and system requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and fit–gap analysis sessions to identify alignment between business processes and ERP system capabilities.
- Document As-Is and To-Be business process flows, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Maintain issue lists, risk logs, and requirement traceability documentation.
- Analyze identified gaps and propose effective solutions or system enhancements to address business needs.
- Configure ERP modules in accordance with defined business processes and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams to perform system customization when standard ERP functionality does not fully meet business needs.
