Description
In this versatile role, you will act as the central point of contact for our ERP system ABACUS and support the organization in optimizing and further developing our business processes. You will work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and actively contribute to digitalization and increased efficiency.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting internal 1st- and 2nd-level support for ABACUS
- Developing and implementing solutions in ABACUS based on organizational requirements
- Defining and creating processes
- Coordinating 2nd-level support with our ABACUS sales partner
- Leading and implementing ERP implementation projects
- Supporting rollouts of new applications and functions in our subsidiaries (outside of Switzerland)
- Maintaining the ticketing system and documentation
