Responsibilities： Field service execution inc. EV &ESS battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ. Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support. Support of work order submission of regional service agents. Effectively meet customer needs, front-end build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
