Responsibilities
- Support estimating and proposal teams with coordinating bid opportunities, client requests, and prequalification submissions.
- Create bid numbers and set up electronic folders to organize bid and project documents.
- Download, review, and distribute bid documents, drawings, specifications, and updates to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate bid and project information in internal tracking systems and logs.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bid packages, including revisions and required approvals.
- Compile, format, and review estimate and submission documents to ensure they are complete and consistent.
- Track key deadlines, milestones, and required deliverables across multiple teams.
- Coordinate inputs from operations, procurement, HSE, finance, and quality teams to support bid submissions.
