Estimator/Project Coordinator (Construction/Restoration)

Office Full Time Mississauga, ON $60,000 - $75,000 CAD per year

K.I.B. Building Restoration Inc. is a Leader in building restoration across Southern Ontario since 1999. Now we are looking for a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join the team!

The purpose of the Estimator/Project Coordinator role will report to the Project Manager and support the Project Manager to ensure communication on a project and complete the projects with outstanding quality, and safety on each and every jobsite.

Responsibilities

Assisting in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration files;

With direction from the Project Managers and the Senior Management team, initiating and maintaining correspondence with owner, architect, engineers, sub-trades and suppliers, project employees and foremen;

Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotes;
