The Ethics & Compliance Lead LATAM role will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations in LATAM adheres to all relevant compliance laws, regulations, internal policies and meets regulatory expectations.
This role acts as a strategic advisor (especially to the region's BU GMs and country management), to proactively create and maintain a culture ethics and compliance throughout the region.
