Position Summary

RCM is seeking an experienced quality systems specialist who is experienced with ETQ administration and configuration. This job requires experience in GxP concepts and techniques such as user administration, knowledge management, data management, customer support, and Microsoft Office support.


Responsibilities
  • Provide ETQ specialist support for a pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry leader in a remote capacity, including technical and quality support for modules such as document control, deviations, change management, and corrective actions.
  • Perform Python scripting to support ETQ-related processes, system needs, APIs, database queries (SQL), and system integration activities.
