Role Overview

L1 Search Evaluators serve as frontline specialists responsible for assessing search quality and analyzing user feedback to enhance search algorithms and overall product performance. This role plays a critical part in improving user experience by identifying gaps and ensuring high-quality search results.

Mandatory Skills

• 1+ years of experience in evaluations or data labeling
• High English proficiency (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Search quality assessment and analysis skills
