EVENING FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Key Activities

Under the direction of the Manager of Security Services, the Evening Facilities Supervisor will be responsible of a group of security officers who work around the clock to ensure the building is safe and secure for employees, artists, patrons and public. This includes addressing health and safety measures and any emergencies that may arise.

Skill Requirements

• College diploma in Police Foundations, Business Administration, or demonstrated equivalent experience in security related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in a similar position with supervisory duties
• Fluently bilingual in both official languages
• Experience in a unionized environment and interpretation of collective agreements
• Must have very good verbal communications skills with solid writing skills and interpersonal skills
