Role Summary

The role of Sustainability Executive is to drive the Sustainability strategy, policies and standards and implementation across Canada, providing thought leadership, counsel, advice and support to the End Market, Line Managers and different Functions teams, that enables the seamless execution, in order to ensure that BAT Group protects its corporate reputation, license to operate and access to resources, and that it is recognized as one of the most advanced in terms of sustainability standards and processes. The role is also jointly responsible for building robust functional capability, knowledge and skills within the country to support the overall delivery of the group’s strategy and enable the business to remain competitive and profitable sustainably. The role provides leadership of the sustainability strategy, policies and standards and drives performance across Canada in support of Global targets.
