Job Overview

Reporting to the President of Sonepar Ontario and supporting other senior managers, this role provides high‑level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations, handling information requests and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, managing calendars, arranging travel, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the President's schedule and organizing meetings, appointments, conference calls, and general day‑to‑day activities.
  • Processing confidential documents and other confidential correspondence, spreadsheets for senior management and other staff.
  • Preparing monthly expense reports for President and other Senior Management, checking and verifying accuracy of submissions, including signatures.
