Description
Job Purpose:
-To provide high-level administrative support to CEO and senior management. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports & PowerPoint presentations, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Compliance & Legal unit to organize Board and Committee meetings, ensuring proper documentation, agenda preparation, and adherence to governance requirements.
• Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of Executive Committee (ExCom) and Management Committee (MC) meetings, including drafting and distributing accurate minutes and tracking action items.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders by conveying instructions, gathering required information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
