**Key Responsibilities**

**Culinary Leadership & Strategy**

+ Define and execute the overall culinary strategy in alignment with Regent brand positioning and guest expectations
+ Curate distinctive dining concepts across all outlets, ensuring innovation, authenticity, and market relevance
+ Champion a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement

**Pre-Opening & Concept Development**

+ Lead kitchen planning, design validation, and equipment selection in collaboration with project teams
+ Develop pre-opening timelines for all culinary operations, including menu engineering and SOPs
+ Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of the culinary team to Regent luxury standards

**Operations Excellence**

+ Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, and specialty outlets
